Consumer Portal Selects InSite Support Services, Inc. for Agency and Consumer Support.

MINNEAPOLIS (September 17, 2013) – Project CAP has selected InSite Support Services, Inc. to be the call center support partner for Project CAP’s enhanced website, which was launched nationwide in 2013, announced Charles “Chip” Bacciocco, CEO of Project CAP, site developer of the enhanced

InSite will provide 24×7 call center support to both agencies needing to maintain their portal presence and to consumers shopping online to get accurate, real-time quotes for home and auto insurance from multiple insurance companies.

The enhanced TrustedChoice.comwebsite will give consumers in all 50 states the ability to research insurance topics, and find information on insurance companies and local independent agents. As the ‘get a quote’ functionality is introduced on a state-by-state basis throughout 2013, the website will also provide accurate real-time quoting from multiple insurance companies. InSite’s licensed agents available 24/7 will enhance the ability for targeted consumers in providing instant support to consumers who have questions or require support in completing the online quoting process.
